Fall Fun
As sad as I am to see summer come to an end there is so much fun fall activities to do with Aiden that I absolutely love to do! Every year we go to the pumpkin patch. We always have a good time. I beg Aiden to let me take pictures and he begs me to just let him play. This year I made a deal with him. If he would pose for me a few pictures when we first got there he could play for a really long time! He agreed and posed rather well for his pictures. (You will see what I mean below) Hunter and Aiden really enjoyed the hay maze and ran not only through the maze but on top of the hay bales as well! Aiden and Hunter also climbed the hay stacks they had stacked for decorations and proclaimed to be "kings of the world" It was a bit scary for me, I was fearful he was going to fall and break a leg or arm, and with Aiden's recent luck with accidents and a trip to the ER, to me it wasn't too far of a stretch to see it happening! We also were pleasantly surprised and ran into the Austins while we were there. Aiden, Eli, and Hunter got to play for a while and of course they gravitated to the hay bales! There isn't a better sound than three boys laughing and having so much fun!
We also got to make a trip to the Tulsa Corn Maze. The Smiths invited us to go with them. We loaded up and off we went to East Broken Arrow (and I do mean EAST BROKEN ARROW) After we drove and drove and drove some more to find this place which is waaaaay out on 61st st and 331st st, we were excited to try out this new experience! We had a great time as we always do with the Smiths but I think this place way over charges. Yes this place charges $8 per adult and $6 per child ages 5 and up. CRAZY! It is a great way to make money and get good use out our your land in the off season of the corn crops but didn't offer the wow factor we thought we would experience. The boys had lots of fun and we did get to do a few things that Aiden has never done before. They had a corn pit instead of a sand pit. It was pretty neat. The corn was cold and you pretty much just sank in it like quick sand. We also did a maze through the corn fields and Todd and Shaun periodically hid in the stalks and scared the boys! They also had this little cow ride pulled through the corn fields by a four wheeler. The little cows were made out of old trash bins. It was a pretty cute homemade ride! Then we got to go on a short Hay ride. The boys enjoyed the first part of it but it didn't go fast enough and stopped a little too much for their liking. Aiden also got to feed a goat. I am surprised that he even put his hand out for the goat to eat from but he did and it was pretty cute! Overall we had a lot of fun!
This week is going to be filled with more fall fun so stay tuned!

Telling Tuesday
Last Wednesday we went to the fair. We had a wonderful time. Every year I have to drag Todd with me and he generally doesn't like it but I think I have found the one thing that will get him back to the fair every year now (more on that later). It was a bit cold and we thought we might get rained out but it only sprinkled on us for about 20 minutes. We went with the Howell's and Brandi and I had only one mission, to eat as much food as we possibly could. I think we exceeded our goal! I look forward to the fair every year and pretty much its all for the food. The boys did have a great time. In the kids building there was a huge sand box that they enjoyed very much. They also have a little space for cozy coupes and tricycles that Aiden has played in every year except for his first year when he was 4 months old. He was in heaven when he saw they had a fire truck cozy coupe and a police car cozy coupe! He cried when we told him it was time to leave. We went by the petting zoo but this year the animals were a tad bit full so they weren't very active. Aiden and Hunter got to enjoy riding the carousel (twice for Hunter) and not much else because Hunter was half a smidge too short. I felt so bad for poor HJ, he was so upset but even the boys know that fair food is way better than any silly ride the fair has to offer, So that is what we did - EAT! So now for my list of food we ate in a matter of 4 hours or less. (please no judgement needed!)
1 Indian Taco
2 Chicken Gyro
3 Cheese on a Stick - Aiden thought it tasted like a grilled cheese!
4 Hamburger and Fries
5 Fried Snickers
6 Carmel Apple
7 Chocolate Dipped Cheesecake - and this was what got Todd. It was absolutely amazing and it may have been my favorite thing I ate that night.
8 Cinnamon Roll
and now I am sad because I will have to wait another year to enjoy all this all over again : ( But it was a lot of fun!
Blogging 101
So I got this idea from a friend of mine to help to continue blogging on a regular basis. I know it is a little hard to blog pictures when I dont have a camera but if this blog is going to go into a book then I need to blog more about whats going on with us. Blogs dont have to be perfect, its truly about keeping up with what is happening in our lives. Aiden's 3 years have already flown by and I am amazed when I look back at my blog and am so thankful to have this to help me remember my baby! Sometimes blogging takes up time that I wish I would be sitting in the floor playing cars with Aiden, but then again I am so glad I have all these memories written down to always have to go back to. There are so many reasons I still wish I could stay home with my baby: I would love to sit and teach him so many things and not that I dont now but sometimes my time is limited, I would love to have more time to blog about all we do, I would have more time to take him to the library or the zoo and many other things like that, I would love to do a lady's bible study and not feel guilty for taking what little time I have with him away from him, and the list is endless. But I am so very thankful for the job I do have. So since this is the way it is and will stay I am going to try to find a balance to do more blogging and making more memories to blog about (make sense?)!

Old Friend
Isn't life funny sometimes. My good friend and I had a really bad miscommunication and resulted in us not getting together for some time. In that time I missed seeing Abbey grown and learn and I missed almost the entire pregnancy and birth of their second daughter Madison. Miss Madison is now 9 months old and I am sad that I havent seen her from birth but the great news is that we realized how truly short life is and that no good friendship is worth loosing over a misunderstanding. I am so glad to have reconnected with her and cant even begin to say how much I missed our friendship. I am also glad to know that our babies will continue to grow up together! Arent these two kiddos just so sweet!!!! Let the fun time continue!!

Miss Madison is wonderful in every way!
I was in love with Madison the second I saw her in Chick-fil-a! She is the happiest, sweetest little girl I know! You can look at her and see how happy and laid back she is. When I finally got to hold her I a soaked up every moment of this sweet happy baby!

How I have missed watching this sweet girl grow!!!!

Struggling
So I know I generally use this blog to post about all of the wonderful things that go on in the Anderson family, but however tonight I am feeling like I need to let some things go. I am really struggling and why it has hit me right now I have no idea. I did so well the first month of getting my shot but this month has been a lot harder. The first month I didn't really cry at all it was almost like I couldn't cry which was nice for a while because I was so emotional for a long time. I had no idea how out of whack I really was until I really saw the situation for what it was and decided that denial was not going to get me any where but keeping me from having another baby even longer. Once I had the surgery and started the shots, I was OK with knowing it was going to be an even longer while before we could have another baby. I only had hot flashes and night sweats for about the first two weeks. But now I am getting no relief, I am back to crying again and I am frustrated. I hate hate hate feeling like this. I am so glad that as of this week I will be half way done with my shots and that means we are getting closer to being able to try again. Right now I am constantly hot, I don't sleep, I seem to be having brain fog a lot more, and have a hard time concentrating. I know I have put on a little weight due to the shot and I can feel it! But this is my fault for not exercising. Although I know my family and friends are here for me and do whatever they can to help me its just sometime I feel so alone. But sometimes that is my own fault because sometimes I want to shut myself out and be alone. This is such a weird situation to feel blessed, sad, happy, alone, loved and many other things all at once. I know God has a plan and I am so thankful to have my baby boy. He is the love of my life and I always have the title of Mommy to hold in my heart and for that I am blessed. I love my Lord and Savior and I am not angry or mad at God at all. Right now I am just struggling. Its hard to put into words how I feel. Hopefully putting this out there will help me! Thanks to all of you who are there for me, I am so grateful to you all!
San Antonio
Here are just a few pics from our vacation. We had a wonderful time. We were so glad that Kimberlee, Brad and Brady got to join us for the majority of our vacation. I am sad to say that I don't have a lot of other pictures because of my lost/stolen camera =(. Sea World was the best experience. I think I had more fun than Aiden did. Seeing Shamoo was unbelievable! We got to sit in the splash zone and got splashed down by Shamoo's tail! Aiden thought it was absolutely funny when Todd got soaked! He enjoyed the dolphins and the sea lions! We went to a drive through Safari one day and Aiden loved the ostrich the most. He got scared when the ostrich tried to get in the car with us and he said he didn't want it to come home with us. Aiden didn't enjoy the Rangers game at all. He was so bored! Schlitterbahn was probably the day he absolutely loved the most! We had a great vacation and really enjoyed getting away and getting to spend some time with family! We hope to go back really soon!

The boys hugging goodbye! Aiden was so sad when he woke up the next morning and realized Brady had really gone home and not just to his hotel room. He kept asking for Brady to come back!
This is Aidens best attempt as we were eating ice cream in Austin in the midst of plenty of Texas fans to do the upside down horn sign as he was saying "Boomer Sooner!" I absolutely love this picture
This is how Aiden slept the entire vacation. This was our best idea ever! We took an air up mattress so he could have his own bed and Todd and I didn't have to give up our comfort of a king bed! I highly recommend this sleeping arrangement!
My sweet baby was such an awesome trooper on the way home! He didn't have any accidents on the way home all the way from Austin. We made sure to make plenty of stops and one of those stops included a long few hours for me to do some outlet shopping. Todd had to let him ride every mechanical ride throughout the outlet to keep him happy! He was absolutely wonderful on our vacation!
Schlitterbahn Vacation Day
This was a great day for us on vacation. Although it was a little sad for me to not feel like it was my birthday and still haven't really celebrated my birthday with much of anyone, it was a great day to see my little love so happy! He absolutely loved this place. Every time we would move on to another kiddie zone his face would light up like it was the first time he was getting to play in the water. This place has 7 yes 7 kiddie areas. Not to mention he could practically ride any ride because they had little tubes that had netting on the bottom so he couldn't fall out and a handle on the side so we could hold onto him as we were going down the rides as well! He thought he was hot stuff at this park! Near the end of the day we found the best kid zone of all. It was a huge pirate ship with these great slides on them. These slides weren't the little baby slides he had been doing all day. These were big kid slides. He couldn't wait to do them and I was a little hesitant to let him go but I managed to put my big girl panties on and let my baby go! He didn't want us to go down with him, he wanted to do it all by himself! I almost cried when he did it. I don't think I could even count how many times we went down these slides. He just kept saying again again again. So we did! I cant wait to go back again. This place is absolutely amazing!!!!
